At A & S Livestock we take pride in producing Quality Meat Scotland assured Lamb PGI. Our livestock are predominantly grazed for most of the year on the banks of the Whiteadder River, in Berwickshire. Grazing these natural permanent pastures gives our lamb full flavour.
